The Charleston Symphony Designer House starts next week and we here at Mulberry Street are getting our vintage outdoor furniture ready for the exciting month long event. Trips to the coater and the upholsterer are not only getting us excited about the Designer House Boutique, but about spring itself. 
Spring has already come to Charleston. Trees and flowers are bursting into bloom ushering in a season of splendid color and delightful scents all around. The Designer House, the Charleston tea rooms and Spoleto, USA can’t be far behind. Spring in Charleston is inspiring in every way. 
These are a few pieces already at the boutique and there are some ultra chrome Howell Bouncers coming soon. I can’t wait to see them finished and to share them with you. Happy Spring. And as my granddaughter says, “Happy World!”
